In her free time, she enjoys painting pottery, working out, and running after her super-energetic kids! Dr. Patel and Alpi live in Vaughan with their two gorgeous girls.
Janie Beaton
Administrative Manager
Janie is a veteran of dental work with over twenty years of experience in the field. She is a long-time resident of East Gwillimbury and you can be sure whether you are arriving at the front desk or entering a procedure room you will be received by her friendly smile and eagerness to help.
Katie De Souza
Registered Dental Hygienist
Katie graduated from the dental hygiene program at Canadore College in 2005. She has practiced in Manitoba and British Columbia, and just recently moved back to Ontario. Katie is known for her warm, welcoming personality and her ability to provide thorough yet gentle teeth cleaning for all ages. She is passionate about helping her clients achieve excellent oral and overall health.
Katie loves to travel and has been to Peru and Ecuador on dental missions. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children, as well as being active outdoors.
Mahrou Chalehchaleh
CDA Level 2
Mahrou is a Level 2 Certified Dental Assistant and graduated from Anderson College. She moved from Iran more than 20 years ago and graduated with an accounting degree from Azad University.
Mahrou has lived in Newmarket for the past 15 years with her husband and son. Previously, Mahrou was a hair stylist for 15 years and developed strong skills for client care and aesthetics. She enjoys traveling and her favourite vacation destination is Mt. Tremblant, Quebec. Mahrou also speaks Farsi.
Jovita Padilla
Dental Assistant/Office Administration
Jovita is our joyful dental assistant. She is very friendly, bubbly, and easy to talk to. She enjoys helping patients feel better about their dental care by providing a calm atmosphere and getting to know them on a more personal level.
When Jovita is not in the office, she loves spending time with her family and friends. She speaks Tagalog and Ilokano fluently.
